Willie has over 35 years of architectural experience in the healthcare industry and is an active member of two major healthcare commissions. In the office, his work includes all expansion and renovation programs for major medical centers, planning, design and development of freestanding ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging, medical office buildings, clinical laboratories and specialty hospitals. Willie has completed numerous major renovation/expansion projects to update the facilities to today’s standards involving complex phasing issues.
As a principal, Willie is involved in all phases of architectural consulting work. This includes an extensive background in planning, programming, design, and management of complex building projects. Willie provides the firm with a unique level of understanding and perspective in facilitating health care planning solutions. He presents extensive, specialized experience, keen interdisciplinary coordination skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality services.
John W. Davis
Registered Architect | Principal
John has over 36 years of architectural experience in the architecture industry. He is one of the founding principals of Davis Stokes Collaborative, P.C. and remains involved in overall delivery process of projects, while directing the operation side of the firm. Key areas of responsibility include overseeing design direction, project delivery schedules, and overall plan production, staffing and quality control. John has completed numerous renovation/expansion projects, involving complex phasing issues, to update facilities to today’s standards.
As a principal, John is responsible for coordination and quality management of all projects; he emphasizes leading edge technology and creative approaches to design and technical challenges. John’s creative approach to problem solving has led to the use of a number of innovative management and production tools. His systematic approach to managing quality and consistency in the design process has influenced a “hands on” management philosophy.
LEIGH ANN PRUITT

Leigh Ann is inspired by human-centered design. Her abilities to partner with the client, interact in a constructive way, and solve programmatic needs make her an ideal client leader. She is involved in 95% of the projects in the office through her front-end design and problem-solving skills.
Leigh Ann also confirms compliance with codes, and any other applicable design guidelines, so that the completed project design meets the owner’s expectations. Her healthcare experience includes Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Behavioral Health Facilities, Outpatients Clinics, Medical Office Buildings, and Specialty Hospitals.
LYNDON BROWN

Lyndon has over 30 years of architectural project management experience, and excels at building team consensus. He knows that while each client will have a few leaders to guide the design process, many stakeholders are invested in the final outcome and needs consistency in guidance and support as well. His ability to maintain connectivity through leadership is crucial to the development process.
Lyndon has developed an extensive portfolio featuring a variety of project types over the years, from renovation projects to new construction. This diverse experience gives him the ability to present his clients with a range of design solutions. These building types include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s/Memory Care, Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care buildings. He also brings to the team experience in Specialty Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Surgery Centers, Cancer Centers, and Behavioral Health Facilities.
