PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Barnabas Health Medical Office Building is a three-story, 80,000 sf ambulatory care center located on a city block in downtown Bayonne, New Jersey. The first floor of the facility offers a 24/7 emergency department; an imaging center for MRI, CT, mammographies and other type scans. The second floor is home to a laboratory drawing station, a retail pharmacy, a pediatric center, a multi-specialty physicians group, and conference/healthcare education areas. The third floor houses independent physician practices. Due to the downtown location, the second floor of the facility is connected to a three level parking garage.
