PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project is a three-story facility with a 60,000 sf woman’s hospital located on the first floor. The second and third floors contain 50,000 sf of medical office suites. The available facilities include 21 private LDRP rooms, 15 med-surge patient rooms, two operating rooms, two C-section rooms, and an in-vitro procedure room. The level of care is increased with doctors offices, a women’s diagnostic center with a mammography and ultrasound, lab services, and in-vitro fertilization offices located on the upper floors.
